Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (upon completed checkout and payment).

We offer free shipping with orders over $50.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard shipping rate of $4.95 via USPS.

For International Shipping rates, those will be calculated via USPS.

Local delivery:

Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within our territory. For orders under $25, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Local Deliveries only are made from [24 hours] on [weekdays]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.  We do have in-person pick-up at the shop. Please see address for details.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Selected countries at checkout.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at myskyoffice21@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We will ship to PO boxes; however, we are not responsible if the packages are lost or stolen.  Please check with your local carrier for any issues.  Thanks.
