Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Custom apparel, mystery boxes, clearance items, jewelry, and other final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hayloftboutiquedba@gmail.com. All returns must be approved before being mailed back to us. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
